
People know and use large number of meditations. Each of them has its advantages and disadvantages as well as its range limit. That is because people invented them and they make mistake and create limits in everything they do. In order to decline the weaknesses of existing meditations, I my self, in 1994 recived an information in deep meditation from spiritual beings, about new meditation called � Road to enlightenment �, that had not existed before.
For this meditation it is said that it is the most efficent meditation wich in quickest way leads to enlightenment. My part in this was to spread it around the world.
Meditation called � Road to enlightenment � can be applied (used) by everyone but not immediately. It is necessary in order to do the meditation for all people to pass a preparations lasting few months.
Spiritual beings pointed out to need to give people a few � small � meditations beside the meditation � Road to enlightenment �. Those small meditations, would be mild and people could use them immediately, without any preparation. The goal of this � small � meditations is to activate spirituality within a large number of people. In that purpose four meditations have been selected. Four complex and very efficient meditations, before used only by highly developed persons in paranormal sense.
Spiritual beings have done initiation of all people in this world and this enabled people a chance to use four little meditations, without any preparations.
A purpose of these meditations is to improve nerve sistem as well as there psichophysical condition. To all persons who have no plans to work to meditation called � Road to enlihtenment � , � small � meditations would be of great use in achieving a goal of improvement of its psichophysical condition as well as energetic balace.
SHIVA`S MEDITATION
Few years ago in deep meditation of mine Shiva came and gave me one healing method or small meditation, as his present, in order to spread it to all people, wich means that all can use it without any preparation.
MEDITATION POSITION
Lying down or in sitting position.
Close your eyes and relax for few seconds.
PROCESS OF MEDITATION
With your eyes closed to yourself or out loud say this :
Dark blue energy enters through my toes in my feet,
Dark blue energy passes through my calve,
" " " " " " thigh,
" " " " " " genital organs,
" " " " " " pelvis,
" " " " " " kidney,
" " " " " " spleen,
" " " " " " liver,
" " " " " " gall bladder,
" " " " " " large intestine,
" " " " " " small intestine,
" " " " " " stomach,
" " " " " " lungs,
" " " " " " heart,
" " " " " " spine,
" " " " " " neck,
" " " " " " head,
Dark blue energy exits through my crown of head and stops about 20cm above my head.
Yellow energy enters through my crown of head then exits through my feet into the ground.
NOTE
It is necessary to say � dark blue energy runs through...� before saying names of oragns. On contrary when you are saying the text about the yellow energy you do not mentain the organs, because this energy just runs through your whole body whitin a second.
It would be appreciated to imagine dark blue energy as it is going from one organ to another as a mist.
DURATION OF A MEDITATION
It should last about 3 min.
FREQUENCE OF MEDITATION
This meditation should be done every day, one or two times.
EFECTS OF SHIVA`S MEDITATION
Shiva`s meditation has wery powerfull healing and relaxing power. In case that in some organs or parts of the body pain exists, it is recommended that a line regarding to that par of the body is repeated the pain goes away, for exp : dark blue energy passes through my stomach, dark blue energy passes through my stomach...
MEDITATION DRIVING BY ENERGIES
Endless universe, universe overfiled with content and functions and yet so unknown, so untouched and unproachable for human eye and ordinar human mind. Still, you can expirience universe no mater to the fact if it is a person of highly developted paranormal powers or some body who has just heard about his existence. That is in a way, a possibillity of every person, thanks to the existence of lighting body that is endlessly attached to its person, to make a contact with cosmic energy and whole universe, in order to enable one quiet pleasant travelling with these energies, just like you flout on the sea surface on a rubber beach mattres or boat, looking into blue sky and the shine of the sun rays. That is wonderfull trip through universe with help of those energies that he is filled with, and it is possible to expirience meditation that is called � Driving by enegies �.
Long time ago power for a walk through universe had only highly developed persons in a paranormal sense but now with this announcement all people can enjoy this pleasant relaxation and to meet with energies that universe is filled up with and they suround us competlly.
This meditation can be done by anyone only all of you have to find a way in wich you can fell most comfortable during a ride.
POSITION FOR MEDITATION
Lying down or in sitting position, close your eyes and relax for a few seconds.
PROCESS OF MEDITATION
With your eyes closed imagine that near you a whitish mist is passing by in one direction only.
It is necessary than to imagine that you are entering that mist and that is slowly taking you whit it on its wings. During this process you will expirience relaxation and content. Carrying you in this way it (the mist) would perhaps change its coloure and density or seem different, but you would continue to be in it with pleasure, you would observe the things you are passin by, all of those things will be pleasant to you, and you will feel a mild joy and content. At the end of this pleasant ride, you`ll thank energies that you had been carried by through universe, you`ll open up your eyes and srech out.
DURATION OF MEDITATION
Meditation usually lasts 3 to 5 min.
FREQUENCE OF MEDITATION
This driving by cosmic energies can be done once to twice a day.
EFFECTS OF MEDITATIONS
The result of this exercise is gradual impruvement of the function of nerves sistem stabilizing of nerves, relaxation, lessen of psychicatric (psychic) and organic troubles.
And the prevention of developing of new disease.
However, this mild healing and relaxation means can not solve seriouse health problems, but it will show the way to many a man, how it is posible with help of cosmics energies to achieve remarkable results, in healing out the disease and troubles of modern humanity.
MEDITATION : SUNSET
Here it is another � small � meditation that my youngest son Miroslav recive indeep meditation, 2 years ago. He was told that it could be applied by highly spiritual developed persons only, and that the others would not have any positive effects. We used it when we were exhansted, overstrained, after some stresfull situations, it gave positive effects immedately. But a month ago, I receired the information that from now on all people can use it for the spiritual energies intitated in that way, as the support to development of human civilization. It was my task to transfer the information in order to help as large as possible number of people.
POSITION FOR MEDITATION
The best position for this meditation is lying down or sitting with your eyes closed.
PERFORMING OF MEDITATION
Imaging you are on a sea coast, a few meters from the water. There is a stone on which you will sit facing the sea. Sun had just before sun set touched the surface of the sea on horizont and twinkling reflection of sun rays is spreading on the coast where you are sitting.
Sun rays and its reflection are mild and not unpleasant for observing.
After you set down on the stone, keep observing the sun set � it�s globe and sun ray reflection on the water which spread all the way to you. If you do not sucsed in waching simultaneously in both things, try one at least.
Sometimes, you will louse the contact with the sun and its rays on the water, but be sure that they are waiting there and come back on them again.
NOTE
It is needed to pay attention during this meditation that the sun is wild in sun set position, and that its rays do not harm your eyes.
Beside, that, the stone need to be always the same, because from the moment you sit meditation starts.
DURATOIN OF MEDITATION
This meditation last from 3 � 5 min.
FREQUENCE OF MEDITATION
It is done once a day. But in case you are not feeling well it is passible to be applyed more than once.
EFFECTS OF MEDITATION
Only few seconds, after you set on the stone you will fell slower and deeper breathing, calming and releaving of tensity. That is becouse for spiritual energies your sitting on the stone and observing sun set mean you are praying to clean your aura from accumulated stress consequences and negative thoughts to decline nerve tension and different illnesses and to improve the functioning of your nerve sistem.
TESLA`S MEDITATION
Spiritual being Nikola Tesla told me, during our regular contacts in deep meditation that my idea to publish � small � meditations was excellent but that is also needed to add to the first tree one more small meditation which he gave me the necessary date for.
POSITION FOR MEDITATION
Meditation is best to be performed in sitting or lying position. In extreme cases it is possible to realise the meditation in standing position also but than it is necessary to hold your self or to be leaned to some furm object.
PERFORMING MEDITATION
You should clouse your eyes and image you are in one energies column, 2 meters high and one meter in diameter. Which looks like a greyish mist. Meditation is done so that one watching in that greyish energy within the column, not leaving energy column out of sight. Meditation is finished by simple opening of your eyes.
DURATION OF MEDITATION
It lasts about 2 min.
FREQUENCE OF MEDITATION
It can be done once to twice a day as a regular practice or per need.
EFFECTS OF MEDITATION
Tesla`s meditation will enable during 2 min. time the complete caming of nerves sistem cleaning out the part of the aura, improvement of the bloud circulation of the whole organizam, physical rest, and improvement of the functioning of the nerveus sistem.
